What comics

IKOMEX is a digital shipping platform that connects electronic stores and shipping companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Currently, IKOMEX helps stores ship orders digitally without effort and by providing suitable shipping options with the best prices or services.

IKOMEX enables stores to purchase bills of lading from our partners (shipping companies) in a digital form and from a single platform to manage all shipping operations.

Shipping rates

IKOMEX is not the one who determines the shipping prices, as they differ according to what the shipping companies put, and IKOMEX does not interfere in the prices currently. Prices range for prepaid or cash on delivery: between 20 to 60 Saudi riyals.

Payment Policy

The deduction is made directly from the bank card according to the shipment without a minimum purchase limit or a maximum (pay as needed) and the utmost security will be used through a payment platform specialized in paying very securely

In the event that the shipment includes the option to pay on receipt: the shipment amount and the delivery value will be collected from the recipient, then the delivery value will be deducted by the shipping company and the amount will be transferred according to the policy followed by each company, which ranges from 7 to 20 working days.

IKOMEX covers all cities and governorates of the Kingdom with delivery and shipping services with payment on receipt.

Comics Responsibilities

The “Comics” platform is responsible for searching for and contracting with the best shipping and delivery companies to provide their services through the platform to the store.

The “COMEX” platform is responsible for providing many shipping options at different prices and times, in addition to displaying additional services information that varies according to the shipping company, such as: the minimum orders, the time taken to transfer payment amounts upon receipt, the return policy.

The IKOMEX platform is not responsible for losses and damages, as IKOMEX is an intermediary for selling bills of lading, not a shipping company.

The “COMEX” platform is not responsible for the delay of shipments, as the “COMEX” platform will make every effort to deliver your shipment as soon as possible, but please take into account that it is not the responsibility of IKOMEX and we will hold the shipping companies that have proven poor performance and close their account with IKOMEX.

IKOMEX'S SHIPPING POLICY
